1. Website Use
This website allows users to browse, book, and inquire about the rental of recreational equipment including Argos, and Side-by-Sides for business use. By browsing or using this site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws.
2. Equipment Rental Agreement
All rentals are subject to the terms of a separate Rental Agreement, which must be signed prior to receiving any equipment.

3. Safety & Responsibility
Renters are fully responsible for the safe operation of the equipment and any damages incurred during the rental period. Safety gear is required.
